Why make an online reservation for your rental equipment?
You will receive up to 10% discount when making an online reservation. In addition, you save time and can start right away to the slopes.
Is a short-term online booking possible?
Online bookings are possible up to a day before the first rental day. The time span is necessary in order to ensure the selected equipment is available, even with a high number of customers.
Are ski poles included?
Yes, ski poles are available for free at our ski rental shop
Can the equipment be insured?
Yes, with only 10% of the rental price, you can protect the rented equipment by means of a breakage and theft protection. In this case, Skiverleih Finkenberg assumes the risk of breakage and theft. The exact conditions can be found in our terms and conditions. In the event of theft, a police report is required. The excess for skis or snowboards is € 100,00.
Is it possible to exchange the rental equipment during the rental period?
Exchange is possible in the same category without extra charge. Exchange for an article of a higher category is possible for a surcharge. Reimbursement when exchanging items for cheaper categories is not possible.
Which payment options are provided?
You have the option of paying by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, V-Pay, JCB or cash when picking up the rental equipment on site.
What should be noted at the end of the booking?
After booking you will receive a booking confirmation. Please print it and bring it to the store for collection.
When can the booked rental equipment be picked up?
The rental equipment is available from 16:00 on the day before the first rental day.
When do I have the opportunity to hand over the rented equipment?
The return at the Skiverleih Finkenberg, is possible until 09:30 of the following day after the last rental day.
Can I make bookings for my family or groups?
Family or group bookings are made in the same form as individual bookings. Please repeat the process (additional person) at our online booking until all members have been added.
In the event of an accident or illness, is there any claim for reimbursement of the remaining rental period?
Yes, by presenting a medical certificate, you are entitled to reimbursement of the remaining rental period.
In the case of a non-redeemed booking, is there any entitlement to reimbursement of the rental amount?
Withdrawal from the booking is only possible due to illness, accident or other serious causes (for example, death of close relative or an accompanying member). The cancellation has to be in writing and justified to Skiverleih Finkenberg (info@skiverleih-finkenberg.at).
What happens to the personal information provided during the booking process?
Personal data provided by the customer at the time of booking will be processed and used in compliance with the applicable national and European data protection regulations exclusively for the purpose of processing the booking. Skiverleih Finkenberg in any case maintains the confidentiality of the data and will not sell, rent or make it available to third parties. The personal data are forwarded purely for the preparation of the rental process, the provision of rental equipment and additional products to Skiverleih Finkenberg.
